She transitioned into the role of office administrator, where her responsibilities expanded significantly. Jodi now oversees our staff out in the field, ensuring smooth operations throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. She handles payroll and billing for the entire organization with meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, Jodi conducts reviews with our staff to foster growth and development. Her expertise also extends to managing all licensing matters, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the board. Luciana Dean-Office Coordinator
Luciana has been an integral part of our team since December 2015, serving as our lead Office Coordinator. With her adept organizational skills and keen attention to detail, she manages the day-to-day operations seamlessly, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between our staff in the field and our valued clients. Nicole Kendall-Regional Field Manager
Nicole started with us in May 2018 when she joined as a caregiver, demonstrating unwavering dedication and compassion. Recognizing her exceptional talent, Nicole now serves as our Regional Field Manager. In her current capacity, she plays a pivotal role in recruiting all new caregivers, ensuring that our team consists of individuals committed to our mission of providing exceptional care.
